William McDowell's Withholding Nothing, like his first two albums, As We Worship from 2009 and Arise from 2011, is another ambitious two-disc affair, with 13 new praise songs (plus a radio edit of the title tune) on an audio disc and a live DVD concert on the second disc. McDowell is known for his ability to mix musical genres and styles in a positive, bring-everyone-together way, and with an audience and worship congregation some 2,000 strong helping him here, it's obvious he hasn't lost his touch. ~ Steve Leggett
